camera help
HELP! We got a new video camera and I’m having serious issues. I want to upload to share with family, but I tried using YouTube and it was taking forever just for a 20 second video. It never did upload completely. The videos are AVI files. Would that make a difference? And how can I change that? I can probably help you out but it depends on a few things. Maybe we can do a phone call soon. Try to find a way to convert the video to quicktime or another video format.
Check you tube’s help section I think they have a pretty good FAQ.

I got a 40 sec clip to load on youtube but it took forever. When I tried to view the videos using quicktime player, I could only hear the audio. The camera came with the disc to download it, but there must have been a problem in the process.
I look at the FAQs and try something else and let you know. Thanks!
