    So far so good. My team won on Saturday by around 5 or so points. This is oober exciting because I didn’t think we could do that well! I know that sounds a little weird, but after all they are freshman. We will be in action again on Wednesday. Hopefully I will be able to report something happy again.

    It was recently brought to my attention … 

    It was recently brought to my attention that I will be the only one of us kids that will be away for thanksgiving, thus incompleting the complete family get together for this wonderful holiday. I apologize. As long as the weather allows, I plan to drive in that Sunday or Monday before Christmas. So I will make up for it then.       If I can get the vacation time, I am going to be in TN visiting Sam for Christmas. Now before you get your stalkings in a knot let me tell you mah tentative plans. I am leaving pgh on the 19th and getting to OH the 20th. I am then driving with Mrs. Stephanie Forgacs and Mindy Clark to TN on the 21. I’ll be back the day after Christmas (Saturday). I have to be back to work the following Monday, so ill prolly leave on Sunday afternoon.

      This means I will effectively dodged decorating the Christmas tree.

    Holy HOBY! 

    Yes you read it right. You are now related to a future leader! I was invited to attend HOBY this summer on june 10-13. Not to worry Carl, i will be back in time for Costa Rica. The bad thing about this is it means no KI for me this year. Rats! But I’m pretty sure it will be worth it. I was talking to someone who went last year and he said that it was life changing for him. So I am really excited!

    And guess what is extra exciting! It’s free! I’m eating lunch tomorrow with the Kiwanis because they are paying for both Jordan and I to go. I’ll have to say some sort of thank you and get a free lunch and 3 day leadership retreat like deal. Hey! That’s cool with me! 🙂 And having a child who was on summer break 5th grade math homework while I was preparing for exams, case studies and learning loads of new information was interesting

      Well I’m not really leading anything. It’s like a leadership retreat for only a few people in the state. And speaking leadership retreats ours is this weekend and i will also be doing that.
