Hey y’all! Just wanted to check in on my first week of classes. So far my favorite class is Intro to Shakespeare, my professor is awesome! Close second is biology for sure…weird. My roommate, Rachael, is really nice and we have a lot in common so it’s all going well. Haven’t meant many new people but I’m not worried about it too much. I auditioned and was placed in the Kent Chorus, so that’s pretty exciting. I had my first rehearsal yesterday and it was chaos but really fun. Kent Chorus is referred to as the “town and gown” choir so that means that it has community members, faculty, alumni, as well as students so it’s a really awesome experience. Well, I think that about wraps up the exciting things for me…hopefully more to come soon!
