      well fine then. ill just have to win my three tomorrow when we play lutheran west. that will make it cancel out. and that is a definite possibility because we have a jv game, so ill probably score three. haha.

    Rubic Pyramid 

    Carl finally did it!

    He didn’t go golfing with us today because he was working on the rubic pyramid as soon as we got here. But many years of diligance and frustration finally paid off.

    Within 5 minutes of completing the puzzle, grandma pulled out an even more difficult one. Just to keep him busy the next 5 or so years.

    Golfing Today 

    Today grandpa, Wanda and I went golfing for grandpa’s birthday. This is kind of like the annual family golf outing except it was just the three of us. We went to Valley GC and the greens were moist but every thing else was dry and hard.

    I shot a 59, Wanda a 57, and grandpa a 47. I almost drove the green on the sixth hole, about 10 Ft short. But dispite my massive drives I couldn’t buy a putt.

    Tonight we had cake and icecream for grandpa. Too bad you all missed it.

    Chris and I were guests for bird hunting … 

    Chris and I were guests for bird hunting on a private club. Kevin Koepp and Rich Rankin from church took us. We got about 20 pheasants and 18 chuckar partridge. We have enough pheasants and chuckars to go around! Anyone want some?     I haven’t visited this site in so long, … 

    I haven’t visited this site in so long, I forgot how to post anything. I hope this is how I do it. Anyway, I spent the last 15 minutes reading the last 3 pages. Big congrats to Nick and Joy- I think it is on week 11 by now. And to Chris- I knew you would make it and California will be fun for you. An update on my tadpoles-they are still alive. 🙂 The kids talk about them all the time. But 3 of the 4 guppies died right when I set up the tank. I only found one of the dead bodies. I don’t think the tads at them. In other news- I saw Dave Ramsey live last Saturday. That was fun. I made my cuts for the volleyball team. I really love coaching so far, even though v-ball isn’t my fav.     Up and Running 

    Hannah, congrats on getting up and running! I just switched Joy from contributor to author so for now everyone is logged in and ready to roll. Next is getting everyone familiar with how to actually use wordpress like adding photos etc. It really isn’t that hard just takes some getting used to. Basically you can’t add a photo from the main page, that is for text only. To add a photo click “New Post” at the top when you are logged in and then just above the area where you can type there is a place that says “Add media:” with four icons next to it. The first icon is for images. Click that icon and then it is pretty simple from there. See the image below.

    I’ve been not so busy the past few weeks, just a lot of running around. We are working on developing the new catalog and viewbook for the school so I have that as my main focus at work.     hey all. just wanted to let everyone know that i made the varsity squad. I had a good feeling about it but now its official. greg and mark also made it too. mark was a little worried but he was on the list. So on tuesday we have a game at Anderson then on thursday we leave for California. its going to be a good experience.

      Norm, I think making a marquee with the bezier tool would be a little more efficient.
